Re-organize or clean your room/closet: This is my favorite thing to do especially when I’m stressed.I usually tend to run on the treadmill, but if the weather is nice, I’ll sometimes go run in my neighborhood. Run: This usually works best when you need to re-motivate yourself as well as release all the stress (and the endorphins help a lot).There’s no such thing as watching “The Office” or “Friends” too many times. However, as we all know, this can cause you to lose grasp of time, so I always make sure to time myself and keep limits on how long I want to watch things for. Watch Netflix/YouTube Videos: Watching videos and shows online really helps me calm down and takes my mind off things.I’ve always been an avid reader, so this is what gives me peace and often keeps me motivated. Read a book: Reading makes me calm as I start going into a different world and stop thinking about all the problems or things that I have to get done.Here are some of the things that I do to relax and de-stress.
